Unit Quantities for finishes shall be done with NRM2 using excel template 1.3(PC Item quantity).

Estimation for finishes shall be done with the given prime cost & quantities calculated in excel template 1.3(PC Item quantity) using excel template 1.3(PC Item estimation). Assumptions made shall be mentioned in the remarks column accordingly.

Summary of the new development estimation (elemental cost estimating & PC items) shall be given in excel template 1.3(Summary of Del-01).

Task 01

Location & Time factor calculation shall be done as per the student ID in excel template 2.1(Factor Calculation).

The summary given in excel template 1.3(Summary of Del-01) shall be taken into excel template 2.1 (Height modification).

Location & Time adjustment shall be done.

The items get adjusted due to height variation shall be identified. Rate & the Quantity adjustments shall be done where applicable. Assumptions made shall be mentioned in the remarks column accordingly.

Task 02

The summary given in excel template 2.1 (Height modification) shall be taken into excel template 2.2 (GIA modification).

The items get adjusted due to GIA variation shall be identified. Rate & the Quantity adjustments shall be done where applicable. Assumptions made shall be mentioned in the remarks column accordingly.
